HISTORIC VILLAGE

Nestled in between Helena and Butte, Elkhorn is a historic mining town which now serves as a state park. As part of a Forest Service Grant, BBLA designed a Community Circulation Master Plan for the town to resolve user and landowner conflicts. Other goals included increasing access opportunities to public areas and historic buildings.
