Originally constructed in the 1930s, BBLA developed the Master Plan for the renovation of City Beach and Park. The park is a popular summer destination, providing public beach and boat access to Whitefish Lake. Thoughtfully designed retaining walls provided increased beach area. Grass lawns, gazebos and walkways increase the usable area and provide an excellent location for a summer picnic. Expansion and renovation included the park areas, beach, parking areas, and boat ramp relocation.
