Nestled in the forests that surround the City, Whitefish Hills Subdivision provides home sites and amenities for many area families. BBLA served as a member of the Master Planning team for the subdivision. BBLA thoughtfully planned the building site selections for each of the 10, 20, and 40 acre parcels, offering breathtaking mountain views, with every effort made to preserve native plant communities for privacy and enjoyment. In addition to the Master Plan, BBLA designed the community's equestrian and hiking trail system, entry areas, and Blanchard Lake's park-like common area. BBLA has since been involved in the development of several of the subdivision's individual lots, providing site planning, grading and drainage design, landscape, and irrigation design for its residents.
